Chester-le-Street Schools Football Association has provided football for primary school children stretching back almost 60 years. Inter-schools football was first played in season 1950-51 and, each season, has provided football which has always been played in a competitive, yet sporting, atmosphere where pupils are encouraged to accept victory and defeat in equal measure
